location was in a suitable place. 10 to 15 minute walk to a mall. around the hotel there are various restaurants to eat and a busstop close by with many cabs passing by aswell. if you want to go anywhere you can get there quick

The room was spacious and clean, with a nice view. The facilities were nice. Breakfast was good, with different things to eat, although the coffee could be better. Close to the airport is a plus if you're traveling by air

I like the staff attitude, always willing to help, they even make a call to a museum to verify they still were open and give me one advice on how to get better tickets. The location of the Hotel is perfect in the middle of the city, you can easy go to city center by taxi or go to north or south, also is near to the airport. The shuttle bus complementary service was amazing.

The hotel was secure, clean and conveniently located for my conference attendance at another hotel nearby. The room was large, well equipped - even it's own hairdryer, iron and ironing board - and very comfortable. Staff were consistently friendly and accommodating, although English was sometimes challenging.

Walking distance to the US Embassy and some playgrounds for children. Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The dinner at the restaurant was good.

Courteous staff - very clean and tidy, modern but comfortable. Shuttle / taxi service was outstanding - very appreciative of Freddy (taxi) and our airport shuttle. Price was very reasonable - quality of the rooms was great.

I feel very well in your hotel and this for the nice rooms with a good landscape view but also for your employees that all are very kind and always available ..at the desk at the restaurant at taxi desk at first floor and very like also the persons that follow the housekeeping and service room. At the restaurant the cooker is very very good !!! Hotel is close to the center commercial and restaurant in an area very quite. I will back with pleasure . thanks a lot to everybody for your kindness and efficiency Mauro Parrinello

The view of the mountains from room 595 was amazing, the bed and shower were both huge. Temperature was easy to change in the room. The bars and restaurants connected on the ground floor of the hotel were convenient, and having cashpoints within the grounds felt very safe too.

Our stay was excellent. The hotel exceeded our expectations. Its about a 15 minute shuttle bus ride from the airport in a very safe location a block away from the US embassy and other government buildings. It is also about a 15 minute walk from the mall. The ground floor provided different food and drink options which is very convenient if you arrive after a long travel day. The staff was amazing. Everyone was very helpful and always with a smile. I plan to be back soon and will be staying here again.
